Note the *complete* lack of green tracks! These guys went nuts on the East side of the board. On the final turn, they would place another city on Fort Wayne and connect it to the massive rail network.

Since no one contested these routes, I was able to ship 2x 2-link goods followed by 2x 3-link goods on consecutive turns to get back in the game and take second place. There were two turns to go, so I probably wouldn't have stayed there.

There were 7 red cubes that started in the first 12 spots in the goods display. The colors evened out after the initial placement.

Eran (purple) builds a nice powerbase in the midwest. He would continue to get shippable goods to fill his cities in the early turns.

No hand in the face this time. Note that Jay (blue) and Jeff (green - me) are all alone in the NW corner of the map. It would stay this way the entire game, as the South & East sides of the map had most of the action.
